Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is my Incentive Award transferable or exchangeable?
All Incentive Awards are completely transferable anytime before the expiration date listed on your certificateance. Should you decide you would like to choose a different Incentive Award from the list of available choices, they may be exchanged for another as long as no package inclusions have been purchased for your current Award.
2. Can I upgrade my tickets and/or hotel?
If you wish to upgrade your tickets and/or hotel please inform your Fulfillment team member before your
accommodations are secured. The Fulfillment team member fulfilling your certificate redemption will be happy to
inform you of any additional costs associated with upgrades to tickets and/or hotel stays.
3. What other services can the customer service team provide?
The team at the Fulfillment Center is prepared to assist you with booking any additional services you desire
including rental cars, and extracurricular activities such as golf tee times and spa appointments. Additional or upgraded room nights, or concert, theatre and sporting event tickets are also available. Simply make your request known and your dedicated Fulfillment team member will be happy to make the arrangements for you at your own cost.
4. Can I redeem my Incentive Award for cash?
Incentive Awards are not redeemable for cash.
5. How long is my Incentive Award valid?
Unless otherwise specified, Incentive Awards must be redeemed and all travel must be completed by December 31, 2026.
6. What happens if my Award is booked, but I cannot attend?
Once travel experience inclusions such as airfare, tours and/or hotel reservations are booked, there are generally fees associated with changing or rebooking a reservation. Should those fees be incurred, you will be responsible for these costs. All travel experience inclusions are purchased at a non-refundable rate and therefore will be forfeited if you cannot attend.
